The story · Leamington Spa
What 40 runners at your door looks like.
KAVE started as the Sunday Brunch Club, the run club Ten built in Leamington Spa. Every week the run ended the same way: at a local venue, together. These are the mornings that proved it works.

Sunday Brunch Club · Leamington Spa

We didn't study run clubs. We ran one.
Week after week the same thing happened: a dead Sunday morning turned into a full room, on a schedule the venue could see coming and staff for. Nobody had to change what they were already doing. The club still picked the route and the kitchen still made the food.
That's the whole idea behind KAVE. The finish line is the most valuable spot in running, and it can be your door.
01
Pick the venue
Each week we walked into a different Leamington Spa café and asked one question: give our runners a deal on Sunday morning and we'll fill your quiet hour. Nearly everyone said yes.
02
Route ends at the door
The route changed every week. The finish never did - it was always somebody's front door. Runners came for the run and stayed for the table.
03
One message, one till
The deal went out in the group chat the night before. Runners showed it at the till and the venue honoured it on trust. That was the whole system.

What went in the group chat
One venue, one deal, one link.
A Sunday Brunch Club Sunday finishing at Corner Cottage Bakery with 20% off everything for anyone who ran. Runners showed the page at the till and staff took their word for it. That's still exactly what a KAVE match page does today, only now it builds itself.
Venues we finished at
- Boston Tea Party
- Fat Birds Cafe
- Cafe Desa
- TAARA
…and the rest of the 15+ across Leamington Spa. Names go up as each spot says yes to being listed.
Since then
It didn't stop there.
The Sunday Brunch Club was the first, not the last. We've run the same play since with other clubs, other events and a growing list of venues, in and out of Leamington Spa.
The shape never changes. Agree the deal, point the finish line at somebody's door, let the group chat do the rest.
Your venue next
Now we do this for your venue.
We stopped doing it by hand so more places could have it. Sign up and we'll do the matching - the club posts the link, you get the room full on the morning that needs it.
