Terms and Conditions

Run club Terms and Conditions, KAVE

  • 1 Exclusivity. You agree not to approach a merchant you're matched with through KAVE to negotiate a deal directly, outside KAVE.
  • 2 Customer conduct & zero tolerance policy. We're committed to providing a safe, respectful environment. We do not tolerate any form of abuse, harassment, discrimination or aggressive behaviour toward our partner merchants. Any breach will result in the cease of all correspondence with your run club immediately.
  • 3 Priority fulfilment. To maintain fairness and support their community, partnered merchants reserve the right to prioritise the processing and fulfilment of orders for their regular, individual customers. If you see a regular customer wanting to order, please let them skip the run club queue.
